2. Shipping Rates We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

3. Free Shipping All orders totaling $35.00 or more (before taxes) automatically qualify for free standard shipping. This offer applies to domestic orders only.
4. Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom and personalized orders may require additional production time before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
5. Delivery Times Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Random Little Finds.
6. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Random Little Finds is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at neri@randomlittlefinds.com — we will do our best to assist if the order has not yet shipped.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at neri@randomlittlefinds.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
9. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs Outgoing shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is ours.
